The Guild Master Speeks to ALL!

New guild Rank structure will take effect soon

right now i have a lot of people asking me how do we all get bumped up in the guild ranks... well right now there is not much difrence in the ranks untill you up to field captain. and i have no reel need for a lot of high rank ppl ..

(its not like we do a lot of raiding yet)
but i do wanna be reddy for this. so i em gonna restructure the guild ranking system a littel bit
for evry 3 ranks the will be 3-5 officers (might be more) incharge of looking after thoze 3 ranks

(Max ranks in a guild including GM) 10

Chief of staff (Lead)
Lt. General (Co-lead)
Colonel* (po)
Field Captain
Lieutenant
Warrant Officer
1st. Sargent* (po)
Sargent
Private
Recrute

so thats the way i wanna do this

Colonel and 1st. Sargent and promote ppl and i will chooze theez people my self "Burrfoot"
if you do not like one of the (Po) people thats ok there will be more then one to talk to and suck up to lol

and for my (Po) ppl .... plz dont promote or demote other (Po)s plz ty ty
